Victoria McLean
CEO, Hanover Talent Solutions | Non-Executive Director, Board Advisor and Trustee
Victoria holds a number of board roles in both non-executive and executive capacities, spanning private companies, start-ups and charities.
She is Founder and CEO of Hanover Talent Solutions, originally City CV, which she grew from her kitchen table in 2008 into a seven-figure international consultancy. Before that she spent over a decade in recruitment, first as a headhunter in London and Sydney and then in senior recruitment roles at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. That gives her a clear view of how senior appointments are really made, and today she helps executives navigate the move into non-executive and portfolio careers.
A Henley-qualified executive coach, Victoria is a passionate advocate for supporting under-represented talent in their careers. She is a regular keynote speaker and commentator, featured in the FT, The Times, The Guardian and The Economist, and on BBC and Channel 4.
