DESCRIPTION:This event is being hosted by MSP Company Secretarial\, in collaboration with NEDNet. \nThis session will consider how NEDs can use AI in a practical and proportionate way to improve board effectiveness\, board dynamics and the quality of board decision-making. The discussion will focus on where AI can genuinely help directors and governance teams: improving board papers\, sharpening pre-meeting preparation\, surfacing better questions\, encouraging more constructive challenge\, improving minutes and action tracking\, and ensuring that boards remain in control of judgement\, confidentiality and accountability. \nThe roundtable will be led by Ian Farrelly\, Director of MSP Company Secretarial.
