About NEDNet
We are a forum for all non-executive directors (NEDs), those wishing to become NEDs, the companies which use them, and the advisors that support them. Our main focus is on the Small to Mid Cap market.
Through on-line activities and face-to-face events, NEDNet aims to facilitate the sharing of views, developments and best practice within the NED space. By bringing the wider NED community together networking is enhanced, effectiveness can be improved, and roles identified and filled.
Our objectives are:
- To create a community of NEDs and the businesses that employ them.
- To be the go-to forum for debate, knowledge and opinions on all professional aspects associated with being a NED.
- To enable NEDS to be the best NEDs they can be.
- To encourage Executive Boards to fully utilise their NEDs.
